Traditionally, fillers have been used in industrial processes to reduce the cost of the products as well as increase the productivity. In a competitive market, where margins are shrinking, fillers play a key role to keep costs in check.
As a result, roles of fillers have been redefined from “cost reducers” to “effective cost savers” and in some cases “performance enhancers”.
At Next Generation Fillers Private Limited (NGF), our sole focus is to develop fillers for various industries, which not only reduces the manufacturing cost of the product but also enhance its performance.

We work as per industry’s best practices, by analizing the talc ore from the mining pits to segregating them as per their formation and finally manufacturing the product as per industry requirements.

Overview
Mr. Kavish Gupta is the founder and managing director of the company. He did his graduation in Business Management from Vidya Bhavan Rural Institute, Udaipur – Rajasthan – India and completed his Post Graduation in Family Managed Business Administration from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, Maharashtra – India. He has been working in the field of mineral fillers since 2002, and have worked closely with the technical departments of leading paint companies. He is the third generation who is managing the family business which is nearly 70 years old. Managing the technical requirements of the customer, developing products and engineering the machinery to meet the future demands are his key roles.
Mr Vinay Rander
GM Marketing
Overview
Mr. Vinay Rander holds the position of GM – Marketing at Next Generation. He has done his post graduation from ICFAI – Bangalore and then worked for 2 years as Investment Banking Research Analyst with Tata Consultancy Services. He joined his family business of Marble Mining and Processing in 2009 and in 2010 he started his own venture of processing industrial minerals in the name of Charbhuja Minerals – a highly reputed firm in the field of Calcium Processing. Vinay has been an important part of Next Generation Fillers since 2015, where he collaborated with us for the Marketing of the products of the company. He looks after the customer requirement and their future needs.
Ms Megha Gupta
Director - Resources
Overview
Ms. Megha Gupta is a Computer Engineer from Bharti Vidyapeeth University Pune and has done her Masters in International Business from Symbiosis Institute of International Business – Pune. She started her work in mineral industry as Marketing Manager for The Good Earth Chemicals India, handling their international business. She started training people on their soft skills so that they can perform well in front of international clients where these skills are required the most. She is founder partner of her own firm Skill Tree Solutions, a business training solutions firm, which provides high impact corporate training programs. A organisation she is still running successfully. She is Co Founder of Next Generation Fillers and is handling its team, guiding them to work with the best practices. She is focused on driving the organisation towards a sustainable approach on building its core to work towards betterment of industry ecosystem.
